We would like to advise you that there will be a general increase on our shipping costs for our preferred courier partner to be put into effect on 1 August 2020.

The House of Rooibos is committed to offering you the quality service and products you expect and deserve. We have found a way to minimize the shipping cost increase to the least possible amount while still achieving our desired goals. Alternatively, we will be making an alternative courier option available to our customers.

All orders made on and before 31 July will be honored with the current shipping costs, so we highly encourage you to order soon to take advantage of this.

Our couriers currently collect from us daily. However, should you make use of your own courier for collection, they may collect at during the following times: Mondays – Friday’s from 07:30 – 16:30.
